We are at step one of the journey to adopt in the US. Home study complete, waiting has begun. Anyone further along in the journey that can share some information?

We are also finished with our homestudy. Trying to come up with the money to pay for our adoption and also trying to decide on the right agency to work with. Any suggestions, please advise.

I also want to be adopt a child from US. Amber my wife wanted to adopt soon. Being honest i don't have much knowledge about this matter and please suggest me what to do ?
