As I sit and wait by my desk for 'the call' I sometimes feel like a great detective.

I would wear a big red hat with the Letter A on it for Adoption, of course. I'd spend my days trying to read between the lines of what emails my adoption agency sends out or what the director is really trying to say when I talk to her on the phone. As the clock strikes noon my ears perk up while I listen for the mailman.

I know it doesn't make logical sense after all this isn't a rubik's cube that can be solved.

I keep telling myself that it will happen when and not a moment sooner than it happens. I'll leave the mystery solving to Sherlock homes, but I continue the journey and search out the clues.
